Who We Are

Miracle Corporation Limited began operations as a garment manufacturing and distribution business in 1973 under the astute leadership of its founder, Gene Lee. Gene’s passion for distribution led him to expand Miracle’s product offerings to include a beachwear division, managed by his wife Lesley Lee. Together, they later launched into the distribution of sunscreen products, fully catering to the tourist industry.

In 1999, Gene saw a lucrative opportunity to add an automotive division to Miracle’s offerings and approached the manufacturers of AMSOIL synthetic motor oil and was appointed sole distributorship for the brand. Miracle succeeded in expanding the sales of AMSOIL, building solid relationships with it’s customers and being recognized as a company with high integrity and business ethics, standing for quality products at fair prices while aiming to provide excellent service at all times.

In 2015, Gene and Lesley invited their son Richard to join Miracle as the Managing Director, having grown the company to the point where they realized they needed his help for further expansion. Through the merger of Richard’s own successful food service business with theirs, they added a food service division to Miracle Corporation.

Since then, Richard, now the CEO and a shrewd businessman in his own right, has led the merged company to phenomenal growth, achieving billion dollar earnings year over year. Though Gene resigned his role of Chairman in July 2022, he kept an eye on the direction that the executive leadership was taking and provided valuable insights as he saw fit.

Today, Miracle now comprises a team of over 50 members and is growing dynamically through the hard work and dedication of its team members. Richard’s aptitude for innovation and his creative vision continues to steer the company towards further development and growth.
